Esthetics Program Outline
Course Objective:
The curriculum includes (750) clock hours technical instructions and practice of all operations covering all practices constituting of instruction through demonstrations, lecture, classroom participation. You’ll train in the theoretical and practical aspects of skin care while also developing the business skills vital to becoming a client-facing professional. Practical operations shall mean the actual performance by the student of the complete service on another person.
Education Goal:
The esthetic course of study is designed to prepare students for the State Board licensing examination and for profitable employment. The course includes extensive instruction and practical experience in skin, facials, hair removal, makeup application, customer service, personal appearance and hygiene, personal motivation and development, retail (Take Home) skills, guest record-keeping, business ethics, state laws and regulations, salon-type administration, and job interviewing.
